Same Day Shipping Lead Time
Our PGS Grills are well-stocked, so all of the most popular models will ship out the same day. When an item is out of stock, the expected shipping lead time will be displayed on the product page.
Shipping Damage
In the event your shipment is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately, and, if possible, take and send photos of any damage to shipping box and product itself. The photos will help us in filing a claim with the shipping service, however, please know that it is our policy to either offer a replacement or a full refund in the event we don't deliver on our promise. The goal is certainly for all shipments to arrive undamaged, however, if there is a problem, we have your back!
